Well some times it just happens that Halloween is near and you are totally feeling like crap for not having enough budget to the celebration you always wanted well that is what I can help you through.
What should you do?
First of all take a break gather yourself and just peacefully think what you need to do now. Sometimes it happens that options are standing right in front of you but are just too scattered to see them. So first thing you need to do is relax and think with a calm. Like rather you need new clothes or you can make some out of old ones or the decorations need to be renewed or not and many other thing like that.

The biggest question on a Halloween occasion is what to wear for the night well most of the things that come to our minds are just fancy scary costumes that every one will be wearing but sometimes just sometimes you need to change that especially when you are on a tight budget but what will you wear?
